Support Services

There is 24 hour out of hours emergency call out provision. Pathways provides support through individually tailored care plans, 1:1 meetings with a support worker. Pathways delivers individualistic and person centred approach to support which puts service user's needs at the very core of our programmes.

Policies
Tenure and house rules:
Residents sign an agreement which explains the rules and expectations. Those using drugs or alcohol will be evicted, but where possible suitable and safe accommodation will be found

Visitors
Only by prior arrangement. No overnight visits.

Further Information
Pathways helps and supports the residents to access educational, training and voluntary work opportunities. Our support workers can assist and support in resettlement and benefits advice, financial management, health issues and leisure activities. Tenancies are in the form of license agreements and are normally available for a minimum of 6 months up to 2 years subject to individual needs and move on availability.
