What is Pathways Association?

The Pathways Association (PWA) is a membership organization of homeowners and their families in the land plans 647 area on the shore of Cape Cod Bay in Dennis, Massachusetts.

-PWA will maintain designated ways and stairs that access Cape Cod Bay.
-PWA will control access to said stairs for its members.

The association will construct and maintain one set of access stairs to the 20 foot beachfront lot, as shown in the plan, which is available for the exclusive use of its members.
