Membership – Criteria for Pathways membership

Pathways Association – there are two classes of membership

๏ Principle Member *(Those in good standing)
‣ Must own land in plan 647
‣ In good standing since 2014

๏ New Member *
‣ Must own land in plan 647
‣ Initiation fee of $4000 which includes first year of dues
‣ Board must approve the new member
