Dear Pathways Members,

I am writing today to ask for your continued support of Pathways Association in restoring our legal rights to access Cape Cod Bay.

It’s always been a pleasure to hear how members and neighbors once enjoyed their summers with their loved ones on our beach.  We hope to hear these stories again very soon!  For the past nine years, Pathways Association has served as a legal voice and steward for its’ members.  With your support, we’ll continue to serve this role in finalizing our legal rights to regain our access and beach.

The current and past Board of Directors have worked tirelessly over the years and are confident that their efforts will be rewarded during 2019.  This spring we expect to rebuild our stairs and reopen the ways to Cape Cod Bay.  Although we continue to confront some legal hurdles, we are comfortable that our time tables will be achieved provided we still have your continued support.  We also encourage you to visit the newly created website www.pathwaysassociation.com.

The annual membership expense for 2019 are $1,500 per member and are expected to cover the following:

– Construction of Stairs          $30,000 (see new website for stair drawings)
– Legal Expenses                       $40,000 (DEP, land court & zoning cases)
– Insurance                                 $  5,000 (general liability)

   Total                                           $75,000

We ask that you pay your annual membership expense of $1,500 in three equal payments of $500 on February 15, May 15 and July 15.  The checks payable to Pathways Association should be mailed to:

Thank you for your past and continued support of Pathways Association.  We urge those neighbors who are not currently members of Pathways Association to submit their membership application as soon as possible so they too may have an opportunity to further enjoy their summers on the beach in 2019.  Membership applications are available on our website at www.pathwaysassociation.com.
